The agreement

These terms are between you and Pulsar Enterprises Ltd, Connaught Rd, Central, Hong Kong, and they cover phoneprofits.co and the Phone Profits product. Buying or using either means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not buy.

What you are buying

Phone Profits is software and training, delivered digitally. Nothing physical is shipped. The exact contents of the tier you bought are described on the page you bought it from and in your access email.

Optional upgrades are offered after purchase. Each is separately priced, separately described, and entirely optional — declining one does not affect what you have already bought.

Your licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Phone Profits for your own business. Your account is yours alone.

You may not share, resell, sublicense or redistribute the product or its training. You may not copy, rip, mirror or republish the material. You may not reverse engineer the software or attempt to extract its source.

Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses our support team, or is used to commit fraud or a chargeback in bad faith.

Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the page. Payment is taken by Explodely, our payment gateway, at the moment you buy.

Every Phone Profits purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no monthly software fee and no automatic rebill. If a future offer ever carries recurring billing, that will be stated plainly next to its price before you pay.

Refunds

Sixty days, no questions asked. The full terms are on our Refund Policy page and they form part of this agreement.

Results are not guaranteed

Phone Profits is a tool and a training programme. It is not an income guarantee, an employment offer or a business opportunity with promised returns. What you earn depends on your own effort, consistency and circumstances, and may well be nothing.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the product available and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may update, improve or change features over time, and we may retire the product with reasonable notice.

Third-party platforms the product interacts with can change their own rules at any time, without warning and outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to Phone Profits is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost income, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with its date. Continuing to use the product after a change means you accept it.
