Who we are
Phone Profits is operated by Pulsar Enterprises Ltd, Connaught Rd, Central, Hong Kong. This policy explains what we collect when you visit phoneprofits.co or buy Phone Profits, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
If anything here is unclear, email support@phoneprofits.co and ask. We would rather answer than have you guess.
What we collect
When you buy. Your name, email address, country and the details of what you bought. Payment is handled by Explodely, our payment gateway — your card number is entered on their checkout and never reaches us. We receive confirmation of the sale, not your card.
When you visit. Standard technical information your browser sends: IP address, device and browser type, the pages you opened, how long you stayed and which site referred you.
When you contact us. Whatever you put in your message, so we can answer it.
We do not ask for and do not want government identification, financial account numbers or anything about your health.
Why we collect it
To deliver what you bought and give you access to it. To answer your support messages. To process refunds under our guarantee. To send you emails about the product you purchased. To understand which pages work and which do not. To meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, and we do not trade it.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your session and to measure how the pages perform. We may use analytics and advertising tools that set their own cookies, including tools operated by Meta and Google, to measure whether our advertising reaches the right people.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may stop working normally if you do.
Who we share it with
Only the companies we need to run the business, and only with what they need to do their job: Explodely for payment processing and order support, our email provider so we can send you your access details and product emails, our hosting and analytics providers, and our own support team.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or our property. If the business is ever sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of it — you will be told.
Where it is held, and for how long
Your information may be stored and processed outside your own country, including in the United States, on servers operated by our providers.
We keep purchase and tax records for as long as the law requires. Everything else we keep only while it is useful for the purposes above, then delete it.
Keeping it safe
The site runs over an encrypted connection, access to customer data is limited to people who need it, and payment card details never touch our systems. No method of storing or transmitting data is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security — but we do not collect more than we need, which is the best protection there is.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the footer of any email; you will still receive messages about a purchase you have made.
Depending where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. Email support@phoneprofits.co and we will action it.
Children
Phone Profits is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will remove it.
Third-party sites
Our pages link to services we do not control, including Explodely's checkout. Once you are on someone else's site, their privacy policy applies, not ours.
Changes, and how to reach us
If we change this policy the new version appears here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept it.
